Junior students from The Empty Hand have been invited to participate in a youth shiai (mini-tournament) on Saturday, October 12, 2013 at the Glenside Shotokan Karate Club in Glenside, PA. The cost of the event is $3.00 per participant (the proceeds will go toward pizza for everyone at the end of the shiai). There will be a warm up class just before the shiai. Everything will start at 9:00 AM so you should try to arrive by 8:45 to give yourself time to change into your gi. This promises to be a fun day and we hope everyone will come out and have a great time.
